  As a house hold we probably ordered from here 2/3 times a week due to our work we finish late and no one wants to cook at 11pm. They repeatedly deliver cold food but I am usually too tired and just eat it. I finally pulled them up on it tonight as the pizza wasnt even slightly warm even though I live no more than a 5 minute drive from the take away. No acceptance of the problem, no appology. The delivery man took the pizza, gave me my money back and drove off.... I hardly expect 5* customer service from a take away but really?! We where regular customers. So basically if you order past 11.30pm don't expect your food to be even slightly hot or them to care!
